What we collect when you book, chat or send us a message, and how to ask us to delete it.

Booking and messages

When you book, ask for a call-back or send a message, we get the details you type: your name, phone number or email, and what you need. We use them to confirm your booking, send reminders and reply to you. We don't sell them or use them for advertising.

Our chat assistant

The chat on this site is an AI assistant run for us by Just a Good Guy. It answers questions using our own business details, and it can book you in. Your chat messages are kept so we can follow up and see what you asked. The assistant may also remember things you tell it, like the cut you usually get, so it can help you next time.

Cookies and your browser

• This site and its booking widget don't use cookies.
• When you just look at the site, nothing is stored on your device. Visits are counted with a code that changes every day, so you can't be followed from one day to the next.
• Once you open the chat or send a form, the widget saves a random visitor code and your current conversation in your browser's local storage, so the chat survives a page reload.
