Will it make things up?
No. It answers from the details you give it, and says so when it doesn’t know. It never tells someone they’re booked unless the booking really went through.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Keep yours and forward the calls you miss, or get a new local number. Texting in the US needs a short sign-up with the phone companies first, which can take a few weeks.
Will it work with my website?
Almost certainly. If your website lets you add a small piece of code, it works. No website? You get a booking page and a QR code, and we can build you a site.
What if a customer wants a real person?
It tells them it’s a virtual assistant, lets you know right away, and during your call hours it can put the call straight through to your cell.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Everyone gets their own hours, services and days off, and can sign in to see their own schedule.
What about my customers’ privacy?
